If necessary, at this stage consultations are given to the Client concerning:
- level of wages of the full time specialist;
- availability of specialists;
- compensatory package which can stimulate similar specialists, etc.
Second Stage: CONCLUSION of the CONTRACT between the agency and the client, in which the duties of the parties are stipulated, terms, the sum of the Contract, and responsibility and guarantees.

Third stage: SEARCH AND ESTIMATION OF SPECIALISTS AND PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES for the Company.
Guaranteed support of a trial period for the candidate - is given single free-of-charge replacement in full conformity with the application. If requirements to a position are changed, search of the employee is considered as a new order.
